Originaly, the first Capitol Building of Colorado was actuallly in Old Colorado City near Colorado Springs. The City of Denver moved the Statehouse around 1894.

Home to the “Colorado General Assembly and the offices of the Governor”, the Capitol Building can be found at 200 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80203. The City of Denver has a population estimate in 2018 of “716,492”.
